MEET PAMELA WAGENER

​

Pamela is a Founder and CEO of World Alliances LLC, a Certified Medical Tourism Facilitator, with partners and affiliates in Medical and Real Estate Industry, an extensive knowledge and experienced in tourism & hospitality, sales and marketing, health science, medical practice management, information technology and computer science.

The company provides Medical Business Development solutions for both the domestic and international markets. A veteran in small business ownership, she was previously an owner of a Process Service company and Durable Medical Equipment Company in upstate, New York.

 

Born in the Philippines, Pamela graduated from the University of Southern Philippines, and studied her Bachelor of Science degree, with a Major in Computer Science from the University of San Jose Recoletos (USJR), Cebu City, Philippines.

By the age of seventeen, she was employed by Procter & Gamble Philippines as a Sales & Marketing Consultant for hair, shampoo and cosmetics to promote products in major supermarkets and department stores. Soon afterward, she ventured to Australia and studied Medical Terminology at TAFE Queensland Gold Coast, formerly known as Gold Coast Institute of Technology (GCIT), and later was employed as a Medical Receptionist in Gold Coast, Queensland Australia.

 

In 2000, after traveling and visiting with her family in different countries, her extensive experienced in the medical field led her to pursue and launch her career in United States, and worked full-time at St. Joseph’s Medical Imaging. During her employment there, she was offered the opportunity to apply at St. Joseph’s College of Nursing where she earned a scholarship in the Associate Degree program.  She then attended the International School of Pedorthist to earned her certification. This eventually led to her employment as Strategic Relationship Manager with Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem, New York.

 

It was in this capacity with her stellar skills that she continued her success in Corporate America, EB-5 investment projects, and real estate sales and marketing for the timeshare industry. Her experience in business strategies, negotiations, sales and marketing allowed her to include U.S. and British Virgin Islands, Key West, Orlando, and St. Petersburg, Florida. International projects included Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Turkey, Greece, Seoul, S. Korea and China cities: Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Guangzhou.

 

At the same time, Ms. Wagener was also a certified volunteer as an ESL tutor of Proliteracy America, the participating agency of the United Way in Cayuga County, New York.

 

As CEO, she is currently developing multiple Accredited Joint Commission International (JCI)  representing International Hospitals Group in Medical Travel Value industry for USA market and managing multiple visiting doctors group in Forth Worth, Dallas and Houston, Texas. In 2020, she successfully startup a medical practice in Plano, Texas which specializes in Peripheral Neuropathy Treatment and continued working with medical providers in Florida’s top medical services organization. Ms. Wagener supports the local Chambers of Commerce in their activities and continuously endeavors to form business alliances in the fastest growing community in Central Florida,  New York, Texas and around the world.
